These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Perpetual Foreigners mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Perpetual Foreigners, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service ("User Content"), including profile information, messages, and photos. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it solely for operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

We want Perpetual Foreigners to be a respectful space. You may block or report other users directly within the app. We review reports and may take action at our discretion, including issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or permanently removing users. Specific behavioral expectations are outlined in our Community Guidelines.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Perpetual Foreigners, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and branding may not be used without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, messages, and associated data from our systems.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not verify the identity of users and are not responsible for interactions between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perpetual Foreigners, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
